A Global Content Initiative
Johnson & Johnson turned to MXM, Meredith with a challenge: their offices around the world practiced content marketing in divergent ways at many different levels of sophistication.
They sought a single guide which could educate and inspire practitioners at every level and elevate all content programs.
After canvassing J&J marketers around the world, Linda authored the “Content Playbook,” which focused on J&J’s OTC health brands and introduced many new strategic constructs including: the Relevance Ladder, the Content Architecture, Content Catalysts, Content Audit Protocols, and How to use Content to Boost Modern Brands.
Meredith recognized the potential for a multi-category, multi-chapter set of books, e-books and webinars based on these elements. Linda supervised and continued to author the expansion of the Content Playbook concept into the three books above. She also developed and delivered the companion webinars. Core concepts were demonstrated in multiple categories.
